Determining the region and local time of the client by phone number in Kommo
What is the widget for?
No more unpleasant situations due to a call to a client from another region at 1am. The company remains tactful and maintains good relations with clients.
How does this work
When opening a deal, contact or company, the widget automatically displays the region of its registration and the local time for this region next to the phone number.
Green “highlighting” means that the time in the contact’s region is acceptable for business calls. Orange – undesirable. The range of acceptable times can be set in the widget settings.
For foreign countries, it always shows winter time. If there are several time zones in the territory, it shows the average time for the country.
How to set up and install
In the settings, you can set the time range that you consider comfortable for your clients to receive calls. The default schedule is from 10 am to 7 pm.
You can also install the widget from the Kommo marketplace by entering “Emfy” in the search and selecting the desired solution.
